Returns, exchanges, & product Warranty

We will accept returns within 30 days for a refund and within 365 days for an exchange, no questions asked. For refunds, we will send you a shipping label and as soon as we receive the item, we will refund you the price of the product with the shipping return automatically deducted. Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges are also applied to the shipping policy and will be processed within the 48hr period. We do not charge shipping for exchanges.

We stand behind our products and have a full year to return & exchange them from production defects, tears, or overall quality of our products. Don’t worry about the process, if you’re not satisfied all you need to do is contact us and ask.
